It is Cuckoo
Crazy's goal only to sell the
best quality product. If you are
not satisfied with your purchase
the following steps must be
followed for Exchanges, Returns
and Refunds.

You must
notify Cuckoo Crazy within
15 days of receiving order
of any problems with your
order or product.

If you need
to return a clock it must be
sent back to us within 30
days of arriving to address
we shipped to. If we receive
clock after that date the
return will not qualify for
credit. Any items
returned back to Cuckoo
Crazy for refunds or
exchanges must include all
original packing materials
in new condition. We
expect returns to be shipped
back to Cuckoo Crazy the
same way it was shipped to
customer. Cuckoo Crazy will
not accept returns if
product boxes are written on
or if any labels are
removed. We do expect
chains to be wrapped up to
hold them in place and clock
weights are secure in box.
Below clips to keep bellows
closed must be installed and
paper put back through gong.
If return meets all required
return rules then credit
will be issued back
to original credit card used
for order. Cuckoo
Crazy will credit clock back
to customer minus the UPS
charge we encored to ship
clock to customer plus any
drop ship fees.
Customer must email Cuckoo

to return clock to receive a
Return Authorization Number
(RMA #). Email Cuckoo Crazy
your invoice and model
number and we will email you
back this RMA Number with
our return packing
instructions. Please
follow these instructions to
guarantee Credit for return.
Our goal is to make this
process as easy as we can.
We want you the customer to
be happy with purchase. All
we ask is product be shipped
back to us the way it was
shipped to you.

If a customer
contacts their credit card
company to deny a charge that
was correctly processed by
Cuckoo Crazy you will be charged
$25.00 to cover charges placed
to Cuckoo Crazy by the credit
card processing company to check
out the protest. We prefer you
contact us directly prior to
calling the credit card company
to allow us to resolve any
questions or issues you may
have.

excepts payment via a credit
card. Our website is secure for
this process.

subject to change without
notice, you will be billed the
price that appears in the
shopping cart when you place
your order.

Free shipping
only applies to standard Ground
UPS shipping. If an order needs
to be upgraded to a faster
shipping option, the upgrade
will be charged at the full
shipping rate.

2 Year Warranty:
Cuckoo Crazy offers a 2 year
warranty on all mechanical
cuckoo clocks. Quartz or
battery operated clocks have a 1
year warranty. Warranties are
from date of purchase.

following situations are not
covered under this warranty.

Damage sustained while
in transit or through
misuse and/or abuse.

Chains off the wheels or
tangled.
- loose
hands
- Any
problems caused by not
following the
instructions in the
instruction brochure
packed with your clock.

Repairs done by anyone
other than an authorized
Cuckoo Crazy SERVICE
CENTER.

Please insure all items
being shipped back to us
for warranty. We
will only except items
shipped by UPS or FedEx.

UPS delivery
transit time map.

These times may vary depending
on peak season for UPS.
UPS will not gurantee delivery
times close to Christmas. This
transit time does not include
weekends and holidays. We must
receive orders by 12:00pm EST to
be able to get out same day!
